Seán Carlson
Seán Carlson is working on a family memoir of migration. His essays have been published by Gulf Coast, The Irish Times, The Missouri Review, New England Review, and The Rumpus, amongst others. His poetry has appeared in Crannóg, Image, The Irish Independent’s New Irish Writing, Ninth Letter, and elsewhere. His debut work of fiction aired on Irish national radio (RTÉ Radio 1). Seán was awarded a 2025 St. Botolph Club Foundation Emerging Artist Award for Literature and a 2024 Elizabeth Kostova Foundation poetry fellowship in Bulgaria.
