Joe Sacksteder is the author of the story collection Make/Shift (Sarabande Books) and the novel Driftless Quintet (Schaffner Press). His experimental horror novel, Hack House, is forthcoming in fall of 2024 from Astrophil Press. He teaches at Sweet Briar College in Virginia.
