Olivia Wang is a young artist and poet from Massachusetts. She started her art career as an unofficial lion portraitist at the Beijing Zoo as a child, and since then she has branched out to a broader range of styles and non-leonine subjects. Her work blends realism and imagination to explore the tension between isolation and connection, capturing the strange and ordinary beauty in lost moments. She enjoys soup dumplings, curating hyper-specific playlists, and exploring new places. You can find more of her artwork on Instagram at @owsketches.
