Emma Jo Shatto is a visual artist born and raised in central Pennsylvania. She focuses her energy in portraiture and figurative artwork, while introducing new relationships between different materials and subject matter. Emma Jo first began exhibiting in local shows around Harrisburg in 2013. At Harrisburg’s Annual Artistic Expressions Show, she received Best in Show at the age of seventeen. She currently studies painting at Maryland Institute College of Art.
