Chinụa Ezenwa-Ọhaeto
Chinua Ezenwa-Ohaeto lives in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was named runner-up in the Sparks Poetry Competition, Memorial University, Canada (2023). In 2023, he was shortlisted for the Writivism Poetry Prize, the Alpine Poetry Fellowship, and named runner-up in the African and African-American Studies Program Contest hosted by UNL’s Institute for Ethnic Studies. His full-length poetry manuscript, The Naming, came out in fall 2025 via APBF from the University of Nebraska Press. His works have appeared in Poetry Ireland Review, Oxford Poetry, Massachusetts Review, Frontier, Palette, The Common, Southword Magazine, Colorado Review, The Republic, and elsewhere.
