Julia Ouyang is an 18-year-old artist from Atlanta, Georgia. She is a National Gold Medalist in the 2020 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, and her artwork, “Compulsion” is recognized with the American Vision Award and featured in Lucy McBath’s office in Congress.
