MOVING ON

Evelyn Yu is a current high school junior from The Stony Brook School in New York. She won the Scholastic National Silver Medal in 2026 for her Personal Memoir piece and has received Regional Gold Keys for photography from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. In addition to her artistic achievements, she has a strong interest in political science, specifically law and criminal justice. To further explore this field, she has gained experience through internships at law firms as well as in the offices of a congresswoman and senators.
